2D 3D Visualization

State-of-the-art CAD DESIGN allow us to design and visualize tools in real time. We are able to virtually simulate the decisive parameters and thus avoid time-consuming and costly trial-and-error phases in development. Among other things, this allows us to precisely determine the effects of weight, volume and surface finish. If required, we can create models for you using the rapid prototyping process.

Material Selection

When selecting the optimum material, it is important to maintain control over parameters such as toughness and resistance to wear, breakage and corrosion. For this reason, we at JAYSHREE define individual material specifications for every clients as per required tools and have the corresponding steels selection and import for client. This enables us to offer alloy steels and hardening combinations that are precisely custom made to the respective application.

Embossing

Maximum precision is essential for a perfectly embossing result. We therefore develope the geometry of the blank according to the relevant requirements. With a custom requirements we can produce intricate imprints.

Hardening

We subject our tools to a special hardening process with process-controlled heating and cooling phases in order to increase their resistance to breakage and wear, thus extending their service life and making them even more precise. With the use of Vacume Hardening process to D2 & S7 grade we achive very good wear properties in tools & fine structure to prevent breakage . For O1 we imply Salt bath furnace heat treatment to get desire hardness in tools.

Grinding

The grinding process gives the head, stem and tip of our tools their final shape. With latest hard part machining process on CNC machines, we optimize our tools with head geometries developed in-house. Precision and surface finish are the top priority in all of our grinding processes with desired RA value for less friction between tool & turret hole can long lasting life , thus ensuring the high operational reliability and long service life of our tools.

Polishing

Trained specialists finish our tools by hand as well as pneumatic tools and also with drag finish machines for complex parts. In this step, the imprint and the spaces in between are trimmed, reducing the risk of adhesion and optimizing tablet quality by ensuring that the tool functions perfectly.

Coating

The final step in the creation of a JAYSHREE -quality tool is the VARIOUS COATINGS AS PER PRODUCT APPLICATION.. This process enables us to achieve a micro fine surface finish. The coating system help to improve a whole host of tool properties – for example, by reducing the risk of adhesion or increasing resistance to corrosion and wear.
